Policy
Blueprints and dynamic groups
A blueprint describes what a correctly configured device looks like. A dynamic group decides which devices that applies to. Together they mean you configure once and never chase a device again.
- Per-platform payloads: passcode, encryption, Wi-Fi, restrictions, required apps
- Only the settings that apply to each platform are shown — no iOS options on a Windows laptop
- Wi-Fi passwords and other secrets are stored write-only and encrypted at rest
- Dynamic groups enforce a blueprint on whatever joins them, continuously
- Predictable rules: manual assignment wins; the oldest matching group claims a device; leaving a group releases it
Self-healing
Drift is fixed, logged and reversible
The reconciliation engine continuously compares each device with its blueprint. When something drifts, a rule decides what happens — usually "put it back".

Security and access
Keep the fleet compliant, and keep the non-compliant out.
Compliance baselines
Apply a baseline to a workspace and every device is checked against it continuously. The dashboard shows the share of your fleet that's compliant, at risk or unknown — live.
Conditional access
Decide what a device must satisfy to reach company resources. Non-compliant, jailbroken or unknown devices are blocked automatically until they're fixed.
Kiosk mode
Lock a device to a single app or a curated set. Ideal for shop floors, reception, warehouses and vehicles.
Two-factor authentication
Authenticator-app 2FA with backup codes for every console login. Owners can require it for their whole team.
Single sign-on
OpenID Connect with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or Okta. New starters get an account on first login — no manual invites.
Custom roles
Beyond Owner, Admin, Technician and Read-only: build roles with exactly the permissions a team needs, enforced by the server on every request.
People and content
Less admin for IT. Less waiting for everyone else.
End-user portal
Staff see their own devices, lock or locate a lost phone, fix their own compliance issues with guided steps, and enrol a new device — without a ticket.

Direct enrolment through Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise and Windows Autopilot — and executing lock, wipe and app installs on physical devices through those programmes — is rolling out to early-access customers.
