Questions

Do I need a card to start?
No. The Starter plan is free and needs no payment details. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial; you add a card when you decide to keep going.
What counts as a device?
Any enrolled phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. Devices you retire or un-enrol stop counting immediately.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing date.
What happens if I go over my device limit?
The console tells you before it happens and enrolment pauses at the limit until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted and no device stops being managed.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No — prices shown exclude VAT, which is added at checkout for UK customers.
Is there a discount for IT providers managing several clients?
Each client is billed on its own plan today. If you manage several hundred devices across clients, talk to us about a partner arrangement.
Where is my data held?
SimpliDevice runs on managed cloud infrastructure with encrypted storage and daily backups. Client workspaces are strictly separated at the database level. See our privacy policy for detail.
